Flash Rodriguez Music Executive
editFlash Rodriguez is verified in numerous video clips listed in the references. In addition to appearing on numerous music media websites such as Global Grind and all hip hop.com. In addition, news stories linking him to celebrities and credits listed on fancast.com IMDB and the nytimes film page. I feel deletion is unwarranted and the page should stand as it does fit the criteria requirements. --Themusicinsider (talk) 00:26, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
You should really try listening to her. She's really clueless, and you can tell that when she's giving her computer advice she's just reading stuff off of her monitor that she doesn't even understand. She's an idiot's idiot. 98.71.245.241 (talk) 00:20, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
RE: Patrolling pages
editThank you for your advice. However, I am not sure what you mean. Would you please direct me to the proper wiki guideline page? Reply on my talk page. Thank you very much. N419BH (talk) 21:57, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
- I was actually looking for new users and checking their pages to provide them the appropriate welcome message. Thank you for making me aware of the existence of the patrol group. I have joined, added Twinkle, and am now doing both projects at the same time. Thank you! N419BH (talk) 00:43, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Clay G Wescott
editHello Cptmurdok. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Clay G Wescott, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The article makes a credible assertion of importance or significance, sufficient to pass A7. Thank you. GedUK 19:03, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
The Allie Brosh Article
editThank you for your helpful comment regarding Wikipedia's article guidelines. However, I have no personal association with the people or placed mentioned in the Allie Brosh article and made every attempt to maintain NPOV and establish notability. Alataristarion (talk) 15:44, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
That village really exists (as you probably know) and it really has a football team, which already has an article at Llanfairpwll F.C.; so rather than delete this hoax one I have redirected it to that. Cheers, JohnCD (talk) 18:56, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
Since you first reviewed this article and tagged it for multiple issues, I've made extensive edits. I deleted all but two of the external links. I tried to add more context and smooth out the timeline, to deal with the concern about 'recentism'. And as for the notability issue, which I consider the most serious, I've reorganized the article and added more content and more citations, to make this person's notability more apparent. Also, on the article's Discussion page, I've made extensive notes about this notability problem - which I'm struggling to understand, I must admit. One thing I did on the Discussion page was create a Notability Matrix for this person, in which I list all the relevant Wikipedia notability criteria, the corresponding assertions made in the article, and the citations supporting those assertions. I think there's more than enough to support Alex Day's notability, but I wonder if you'd have time to take a look at the edited article, and the Discussion page, and especially the Notability Matrix, and then consider removing some or all of the issue tags. I'd welcome any comments you'd care to make on the article's Discussion page or on my talk page, but I'll watch this page for any response you make here. Thanks for your help.

JD Doyle
editCould you clarify the concern about JD Doyle's notability? He has a large international audience through his various shows. Riedelbs (talk) 01:23, 6 May 2010 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for June 8
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Cuchifritos, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dominican cuisine (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. New deal for page patrollers
editHi Cptmurdok,
In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.
Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.
Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)
