Scottish Huntington's Association

edit

Hi Craig Huntington, I've passed this page and just wanted to explain a few changes I made. You'll see that I've expanded the sources so that we have multiple reliable references – refs need to support not only the fact that you exist, but the points you make in the article. I've taken out a few bits, such as the statement that you were the only Scottish organisation (not sure that was exact phrase), as that would be hard to verify and seems likely to be challenged, given the various other organisations that are clearly involved in neurological, health and end of life care for HD patients. There's an infobox, that could be expanded upon and I've integrated the page into the encyclopaedia by adding reciprocal links to Sarah Winckless and Huntington's Disease Association; this also makes it more likely that people will find it.

One quick note about your user name – Wikipedia has some rules about naming conventions that you might want to check out in case they affect you. If you are associated with SHA in a professional (eg, marketing) role and only get involved with its page you may wish to read up on the guidance about editing this page, potential neutrality issues and how to avoid edits that may cross the line. Hope that helps. Libby norman (talk) 11:02, 13 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
