License tagging for File:2007 Certegy data breach letter.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:2007 Certegy data breach letter.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 11:06, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
Pioneers Park, Lincoln
editThe edit summary to your most recent edit to Parks in Lincoln, Nebraska gives the impression that you're considering developing articles on some of these parks, including Pioneers Park.
Not sure if you know, but PP is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. You can find a link to the NRHS nominating form at the Nebraska State Historical Society's National Register sites in Lancaster County page. You might also want to use some of the materials available at WP:WikiProject National Register of Historic Places (for example, they've got a fairly good infobox template).
I've taken several pictures at PP, which are available at Wikimedia Commons: see Commons:Category:Pioneers Park (Lincoln, Nebraska). I do lots of photography for WP in Nebraska; if you've got some specific photos you'd like for an article, feel free to drop a note at my talk page, and I'll try to oblige when I'm next in the Lincoln area. Ammodramus (talk) 01:04, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for letting me know -- I actually had no idea on its Historic listing. I'm keeping Pioneers Park on the back burner for now, but it does need (and will get, one way or another) an article soon. There is already an article for the Nature Center, and I'm not sure whether that needs a merge discussion... that way, could have info about the park, Pinewood Bowl, and the Nature Center in a single article which would probably be a bit longer. You have some very representative pictures -- I'll probably add a few with the article launch, and might put in a couple of my own as well. Meanwhile, if you'd rather start the PP article, go ahead... otherwise I will eventually get to it. I'm going to concentrate on some of the other parks first because PP has a few more moving parts to deal with. --CrunchySkies (talk) 17:20, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- I think merging the Nature Center article with a new PP article would be the right approach; or rename the Nature Center article and expand it to cover the whole park. The latter would preserve the article history; I don't know enough about the merging process to know whether the history could be kept. No plans to write the PP article myself; just wanted to bring the NRHP information and photos to your attention, in case you were considering it. I'm more inclined to write NRHP articles about outstate sites. Ammodramus (talk) 18:16, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
Wikipedia Takes America - Lincoln, NE
editSaw you are trying to organize an event in Lincoln in late Sept. I can't make any promises until I know a firm date, but I'm interested.
I have pretty much no Wiki experience, I think this might be my lone photo entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turbine_Flats
However I'm interested in doing more with Wikipedia and photography, especially in this area. I actually have a few pictures done already that were on the "requested" page, I just haven't uploaded them yet :(

- I'd like to encourage you to start a Lincoln page with the Wikipedia:Wikipedia Takes America#Event page wizard!--Pharos (talk) 13:40, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for August 31
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Platte River caddisfly, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hexapod (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of List of Oval Office Addresses, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.boston.com/news/nation/washington/articles/2010/06/15/presidential_addresses_from_oval_office_since_1981/.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Sobe Mr Green 20 oz bottle.jpg
editThank you for uploading File:Sobe Mr Green 20 oz bottle.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 14:57, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sobe Mr Green 20 oz bottle.jpg
editA tag has been placed on File:Sobe Mr Green 20 oz bottle.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Blurred Lines 22:10, 2 October 2013 (UTC)

Your request for rollback
Hi CrunchySkies/archive1. After reviewing your request for rollback, I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 05:25, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
