Re your comments at WP:ANI, see this latest edit. [1] If that doesn't violate WP:BLP policy, I don't know what does. AndyTheGrump (talk) 16:24, 29 July 2021 (UTC)

Sadly, not resolved: [2][3][4] The last one violates WP:BLP, in my opinion, so I deleted it. AndyTheGrump (talk) 05:06, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
- AndyTheGrump, ScottishFinnishRadish To Cullen328. Thank you for applying an indef block on Sennagod for editing of Layla Love and the Talk page of that article. Please consider an indef block on all editing. As AndyTheGrump pointed about above, Sennagod continued to edit the AfD after it was closed, and took up this lost cause on the Talk page of Gloria Steinem after the Keep decision was reached. And made accusations on own Talk page that other editors are conspiring. Since registering an account with Wikipedia on 11 July, Sennagod has shown no interest in contributing to Wikipedia other than this focus on the Layla Love article. Thank you Cullen 328. Have been a psychic channeller since I can remember the age of 6 now close to 60 years old. In Vancouver Canada my birth place I was registered and certified as a psychic in October 2012. I have assisted in many high profile cases Internationally I have never received the acknowledgement or any payment. Currently helping a Canadian family to find their kidnapped child and I spend my time searching for missing and murdered persons. In life been in a few accidents and near death experiences, I have leaning barriers and I was certified in October 2012 under the reason of compassion. St. Michael is my source on December 13, 2017 I witnessed the double homicide case of Mr. Barry and Mrs. Honey Sherman. In 2017 I called the Toronto Police briefly I have never heard from them. In July 2018 I connected with the Private Investigation team until December 2019 when they had ended their Investigation, then resubmitted my timeline of the crime to the Toronto Police. Unprecedented occurrence in my psychic vision in Spirit the Sherman couple offered me $50,000.00 to tell their story. I never mentioned this to the Investigators right away because the Police could have accused me of black mail. December 2019 was the first time I had heard of the offer of a 10 million dollar reward. [I was robbed in my town I will be on the street very soon once again Police don't care about me]. A delay for 3 arrests in the Sherman's case falls on Police enforcement.Longel (talk) 12:57, 1 August 2021 (UTC)--Longel (talk) 12:57, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
- Longel, I am sorry but your personal experiences do not belong on Wikipedia, because we have a policy against original research. Plus, there is no such thing as a "psychic channeler". Cullen328 Let's discuss it 17:21, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
Tim Minchin tells it like it is:
"Look, Storm, Sorry I don't mean to bore you but there's no such thing as an aura! Reading Auras is like reading minds or Tea-leaves or star-signs or meridian lines These people aren't applying a skill, They're either lying or mentally ill. Same goes for people who claim they hear God's demands And spiritual healers who think they've magic hands. By the way, why do we think it's okay for People to pretend they can talk to the dead? Isn't that totally fucked in the head? Lying to some crying woman whose child has died And telling her you're in touch with the other side? I think that's fundamentally sick Do we need to clarify here that there's no such thing as a psychic?" From "Storm, a Nine Minute Beat Poem"

Longel, again
Barry C. Sherman / Biography - 2017. Hi Cullen328 thanks for the information. I would change Psychic Channeller to Psychic. A better phrase than a learning barrier would be non credited academic. To clarify I am a witness an expert witness of the Sherman homicides. [The Police state that no tip is too small but over the years I've had to repeat myself a lot] The Toronto Police did not have a working theory until I submitted my psychic timeline. I don't quite understand the meaning for the material on Original Research here is my view. The CBC News interviewed 2 possible suspects Kerry Winter and Frank D'Angelo. The Toronto Police have the Original Research? If the Toronto Police found evidence why not arrest and tried in Court? I have the psychic answers to evidence of their study, I know Investigative reporter Kevin Donovan asks this question. I've been in touch with the Star News for over one year answering questions about this murder. [I do not understand why it would be easier for me to go dig my own grave at a tent city rather than to follow what needed to to be done years ago, too much drama]. Thank you for your interest! and I look forward to your response. --Longel (talk) 01:11, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
- Hello again, Longel. There is no such thing as an actual "psychic" but only people who incorrectly claim to have such powers. Wikipedia includes only content which summarizes what reliable, published sources say about a topic. The musings of random people on the internet do not qualify. The essay Wikipedia:Lunatic charlatans addresses these issues as does the essay User:Guy Macon/Yes. We are biased. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 01:40, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
Hi Cullen328 The 2017 Barry Sherman, Ontario case is a bit shady I remember at one point I said that I would volunteer information they did not want to pay me, I pushed on so that the Toronto Police would not abandon the double homicide case. I'm in British Columbia Canada I've searched Wikipedia for the Magazine where I am registered but it is not created I'm certified by a Master Reiki. I'm worth a lot of money only it is in charleton paper. Thank You for your time and I wish you well. - Longel, I have nothing further to say because I believe that nothing useful can come from discussing this any more. Wikipedia is not the proper venue for your musings. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 03:02, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
Barry C Sherman Biography 2017 Ontario Canada
Hi Cullen328 If you think I'm musing then you will say the same about Theology.--Longel (talk) 03:09, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
- Longel, the difference is that the published academic literature about Theology is vast, and that an acceptable article in that topic area will describe the topic neutrally, and not describe the beliefs as "true". Cullen328 Let's discuss it 03:27, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
- By the way, the article is Barry Sherman, not that overly lengthy stuff you wrote above. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 03:29, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
Hi Cullen328, I believe in St. Michael yet Police enforcement wants nothing to do with the Psychic messages I receive. One male Spirit in particular in 2008 said Police enforcement is in need of urgent changes. Thank You.--Longel (talk) 03:46, 2 August 2021 (UTC)

Hello Cullen328,
I hope you are doing good. Can you please share your insights on this? I went ahead and submitted it upon you saying it has good chances, but apparently it was not accepted due to the lack of notability? He is the 775th richest person in the world and 90th in Germany. I have gathered as much as I could. I still think he is notable. Thank you Centrereded (talk) 13:05, 2 August 2021 (UTC)

Assistance in regards to citing
Hi Jim,
Recently I have been editing tons of Olympics related pages. I came across a section that needed citation/reference. I found it but in a pdf format. How may I use that into a citation? Thanks for your help. ihatethisname (talk) 04:35, 4 August 2021 (UTC)
- Hello, ihatethisname. The general principle is that you should include as much bibliographic information as is practical in your references. If you can include a link to a PDF published by a reliable source, please feel to do so. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 05:09, 4 August 2021 (UTC)
- Hello, Cullen328. So I just did the citation that was needed for Kim Yun-mi regarding the age limit for atheletes in relation to the ISU. I was just hoping I did the citation correctly. Would you mind checking it out. It looks right but is it? LOL ihatethisname (talk) 01:55, 5 August 2021 (UTC)

Note of thanks
Hey Cullen, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your sober aside in that mess of an ANI thread, infusing some perspective. And in fact, I am overdue to also thank you for answering my request for a comment at my talk page a little while back: I didn't think it entirely appropriate at that time to use the notifications to send you a formal thanks for that, but I very much did appreciate your being willing to interject, and I'm certain your comment, coming in that particular moment, made all the difference in our being able to salvage the discussion into something a little more constructive. So, my gratitude for these and other actions lately, which have validated the conclusion that giving you the mop is one of the best decisions this community has made in recent years. Have you ever considered running for ArbCom? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be more than a little reassured by your having an active role in that body. SnowRise let's rap 07:12, 9 August 2021 (UTC)
- Hello, Snow Rise, and thank you very much for your kind words. I have been asked to run for ArbCom in the past. My reluctance is based on the fact that I like the freedom of getting involved in anything where I think I might have something useful to say, and ignoring lots of other things. If I was on ArbCom, I would feel obligated to get involved in every mess that came its way, and that seems like a burden. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 14:43, 9 August 2021 (UTC)
- Well, that's fair enough. But if you ever change your mind, you'll have my vote. :) SnowRise let's rap 14:48, 9 August 2021 (UTC)

It's Paul here, wikipedia user "PDS6502". Thank you VERY, VERY much for taking the time to help with my first little review and edit. Please feel free to edit more as you wish, in order to keep with similar and proper wiki style. My father, Howard, and I so much greatly appreciate any and all criticism and collaboration.
I'm new at this, but am a highly skilled programmer and electrical engineer of more than three decades of work in the data storage industry. My first computer was the Apple ][+, hence the wiki username honoring the Synertek 6502 processor; I love that assembly language, almost RISC-like decades before the RISC's of today.
With great hope you and the larger wiki community will find my Dad's legacy fascinating. Sorry about not putting in proper citation forms on the picture; that's an old newspaper we have hanging on the wall at home here in the westside of Los Angeles. Feel free to resize the picture or make it fair-use if you can. I will be uploading other photographs of dad that we took ourselves, both recent and historical, as well as some family portrait sketches and other artwork made by his sister and mother.

- Hello, PDS6502. The image is not acceptable because it is presumably copyrighted. Wikipedia does not allow non-free "fair use" images of living people. Your draft has been tagged for speedy deletion as a copyright violation. Make an off-Wiki copy for your own use. An acceptable Wikipedia article summarizes what reliable, independent sources say about the topic. Please read Your first article. Please also read about editing with a conflict of interest. I suggest that you also read Wikipedia:Notability (academics) which is relevant to your father. Also applicable is Wikipedia:No original research. You cannot include any information that you have learned through conversations with your father. You can only include information from published, reliable sources. Good luck. My inexperiance
Cullen, the history in my page is difficult to explain because I am not an experienced editor. But after learning about sock puppeting today, I can tell you I have never done that. I was blocked and it took help to get my block reviewed and recently removed. I was only seeking help to find the right channel to address my editor concern. Last thing I want to do is cause another ban or block. I am trying to understand what protection means and will address it onoce I am more educated. Thank you. BTW the threat ban was due to a copyright claim that was removed and I withdrew the foolish threat and my ban was removed. I now understand an offhanded comment about copyright litigation can have serious consequences and a 4 1/2 block was mine. Thank you BDD Toddmeagher
- Toddmeagher, I suggest that you be very cautious and discuss these matters off-Wikipedia with the unblocking administrator BDD. The article is semi-protected which means that IP editors and new accounts cannot edit it. The more general advice that I will give is that Wikipedis is not the place to pursue old grudges. That never ends well. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 20:35, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
- I have no grudges. I am sorry that I have made several mistakes learning how to properly use wikipedia. Last thing I want is to be blocked or banned as I try to learn and contribute. I have learn some of the rules the hard way. But I HAVE learned, Thank you Cullen! Do you have any suggestions for me? I thought Teahouse was the right place to ask for help.
- Are you sure you have no grudges? Your initial comments at the Teahouse indicate otherwise. You have already received useful feedback at the Teahouse but that is not a dispute resolution venue. Discuss this with BDD, and any comments about article content should be at Talk: Todd Meagher. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 20:48, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
- Yes I am sure. Can we discuss off wiki? You seem to be willing to help new editors and I want to be sure this does not cause me any trouble.
- I want any further communication between us to be transparent and out in the open. You should discuss anything confidential with BDD, who unblocked you and is an ArbCom member. I am not privy to the communications you had with ArbCom and therefore do not know the whole story. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 20:58, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
- OK and thank you. I don't know who BDD is but if he was the one to unblock me I am thankful. The block was due to legal threat that was regarding copyright which has been resolved. I was blocked many years for the offhanded comment and withdrew it. I will look into why my page is not protected and ask for help once I understand the proper procedure. My Teahouse question was something different and unrelated the the previous block but I will wait until the next time it happens and post on my Talk page for help yes? Thanks again Cullen for the help.
- If you are talking about Todd Meagher, that is not your page, it is instead an encyclopedia article about you. That is a very important distinction, and you should read Wikipedia:Ownership of content. That article is semi-protected. Read Wikipedia:Protection policy#Semi-protection for details. The article currently has several references to dead links, and that is a problem. I have tagged a couple. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 21:38, 15 August 2021 (UTC)

Hi, Cullen, I've seen your recent edits on the page Anukulchandra Chakravarty. A user has tried to change the title to "Sree Sree Thakur Anukulchandra." I am agree with you that the title violates wikipedia rule. In this case I would like to say that the title of that page should be renamed after as "Thakur Anukulchandra". Anukulchandra Chakravarty popularly known as Thakur Anukulchandra and I can assure you that it doesn't violate wikipedia rule because I've already managed the title in Bangla wikipedia from "Anukulchandra Chakravarty" to "Thakur Anukulchandra" with proper logic and information. Kindly change the title, it will be helpful to find this article. Thanks. Preetidipto.21 (talk) 21:09, 19 August 2021 (UTC)

Hi Jim, not sure if you saw this but after you blocked him he made these edits. Not serious in the grand scheme of things; I just don't think he really understands what we're trying to do here. Also see the thing about his mother on his talk page; it all seems a bit strange. Do you think it'd be worth waiting and seeing what happens next, or something else? - Stop Bullies, unproven allegations like this have no place on Wikipedia. Please carefully read the policy on Biographies of living people. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 00:22, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
I don’t understand. This is proven. Right? A police report filed against the person. I do want to be careful too. But how is a police report unproven allegations. :). Should I rephrase the additional to the article? Like include the words “alleged”. Thanks :) Stop Bullies 123 (talk) 00:26, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
Btw I made a request to change my name to Napoleon1634! I hope it’s approved. Jim, I’m glad you exist. I’m Denise. Stop Bullies 123 (talk) 00:27, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
- Stop Bullies, did you read WP:BLP carefully? Please read it until you understand it deeply. Proven means convicted in court. There is no way under the sun that a Wikipedia biography will include the contents of a police report that has not been covered at all by major reliable sources, and even then, we would wait for a conviction in the vast majority of cases. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 00:33, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
Ok I see. Stop Bullies 123 (talk) 00:34, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
I thought all factual matters (documents or records by a reliable source) can be displayed. Wow. Thanks. How does information like this get displayed. I see info like this on Wikipedia without any documents??? Cease & desist are mentioned all over this site. The actual letter sent to the person isn’t sited or referenced. The information about the person receiving cease & De letter from The attorney is just mentioned Stop Bullies 123 (talk) 00:37, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
Jim you’re very skilled at this. I’m sure you know got this kind of info gets posted in articles on wiki :) Stop Bullies 123 (talk) 00:43, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
- Stop Bullies 123, please give me specific examples of where this type of information is included elsewhere on Wikipedia. Have you read the policy on Biographies of living people? Do you understand it? Do you have any questions about it? Look, Instagram is not a reliable source. That police report might be a photoshop forgery. Even if it is genuine, it could be a false accusation or a misunderstanding. I have done a search of news coverage of J'Nai Bridges in reliable news sources and I see ZERO coverage of these allegations in reliable sources. If reliable opera sources cover this and sources like the New York Times cover it (they published a major article about her), and if scheduled performances get canceled as a result of this, and if she gets indicted, arrested and convicted, then of course it will be included in her Wikipedia biography. Until then, no way under the sun. This is an encyclopedia, not the National Enquirer. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 01:53, 31 August 2021 (UTC)

Regarding Unbox Therapy Lewis hilsenteger
Why are you removing my contributions? Do you get paid by unbox therapy? Why are you removing his controversies which he himself has addressed in his youtube channel? Before removing my content, you could have checked whether the information is real or fake, which in this case is 100% real and that guy has confessed himself. You are just a fake guy removing others controversies to show them in good light. Dare not remove it again.
- Sg54sg, adding unreferenced or poorly referenced content to a biography of a living person is a violation of policy. Your accusations that I am paid are ludicrous. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 16:12, 2 September 2021 (UTC)
So why are you removing real information when that guy has confessed himself that this information is true
- Sg54sg, you must provide a reference to a reliable, independent source. Unreferenced contentious material will be removed. By the way, Pablo Escobar died in 1993, and so your edit was neither real nor true. If you want to edit an encyclopedia, you must get your facts straight. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 16:23, 2 September 2021 (UTC)
You can literally go on his youtube channel where he apologizes. The video is named "Responding to this Escobar Fold Situation..." on his youtube channel "Unbox Therapy". After so many evidence if you don't believe then can't help you. I would not trust wikipedia for my information from now on.
- Sg54sg, the policies have been explained to you. You repeatedly and falsely claimed that Pablo Escobar was involved when the scam is actually run by his brother. Get your facts straight and comply with policy if you want to edit Wikipedia. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 16:31, 2 September 2021 (UTC)[
So you edit it for me, atleast he would not just get away with his wrongdoings and more people will be aware
- Sg54sg, unless this tempest in a teapot has been covered by reliable, independent sources, then it does not belong in an encyclopedia article. So where is that coverage in genuine reliable independent sources, which does not include his own YouTube video? Cullen328 Let's discuss it 16:38, 2 September 2021 (UTC)
so you are not going to include one's controversies just because it's not covered by newspapers. that is just really idiotic. when he confessed himself that he was wrong then one should include it. i would not trust wikipedia from now on anyways lol.
- Sg54sg, in all honesty, I could not possibly care less whether or not one random anonymous person on the internet trusts Wikipedia. Billions of people use this encyclopedia because of the policies and guidelines that I help enforce. Have a nice day. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 16:48, 2 September 2021 (UTC)
Picture
I specifed when i uploaded the picture in wikipedia commons that (i was not sure) and i checked the box that i accept that it could be deleted at any given time. But why were my other edits deleted then?
- Hello, Xinlia97. The other information you added was unreferenced and therefore fails the core content policy Verifiability. How can a reader verify the specific claims that you added about which neighborhood he was born in, his net worth, the talent agencies that tried to recruit him, and so on? You need to be very careful to avoid uploading copyright violations. If you are not sure that an image is freely licensed or copyright free, then do not upload it. You need to be very careful to provide properly formatted references to published reliable sources for content you add. If you add unreferenced content, do not be surprised if another editor removes it. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 00:22, 3 September 2021 (UTC)

lewis hilsenteger
hello, i have seen your editing on lewis hilsenteger page. can i know exactly why some controversies related to the guy has not been covered. is it some sort of policy to not include information when it is not covered by mainstream media? he is a controversial tech youtuber, fake iphone giveaways, involvement with pablo escobar fold 2, copying pitaka cases. pls clear my doubt. thankyou.

Neutral third opinion
@Cullen328 Hello, I'm looking for a neutral experienced editor's third opinion on a content dispute I recently had with another editor, User:Cornerstonepicker, and I want to hear someone else's thoughts and if the discussions that transpired constitutes WikiBullying or not. I've had several unfortunate content disputes with this editor most notably at Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, and Megan Thee Stallion. Here's an example of our most recent dispute that happened today; a couple of days ago, I edited the Artistry section (diff) of Megan Thee Stallion since while the paragraph and source implies that Stallion was influenced by artists Minaj and Beyonce, it's never actually stated, which made no sense. Cornerstone promptly reverts it back to the Artistry section that he had written (diff) An edit war transpires, and I state that since the source states that she has been inspired by them, it should be stated.
It goes back and forth for a bit until he ends it with an edit summary with what I can only really percieve as a threat. (diff) I brought it to his talk page, (diff) to clarify on some of the things he was reverting at another article, Nicki Minaj, (whom I am a fan of- I have been openly transparent about this) and yet somehow, Cornerstone turns that into a (imo) baseless allegation that I have an open dislike for Cardi B? (diff) Based on my transparency as a fan of Nicki Minaj and some personal opinions I've had in the past which in my opinion break WP:NPA. Nowhere I've ever actually said "I hate Cardi B" yet he seems to be very convinced about this.
Besides the seemingly threatening edit summary and the false accusations, in the same talk page section, he misquotes an administrator in an ANI thread (he claims the administrator said I made inflammatory edits, while what the admin in question actually said is "I have not seen any clear evidence of excessive bias here.") which in my eyes is misrepresentation, and maybe even a bit of Wikihounding since his entire edit history is reverting edits I recently made. In my opinion he's been unnecessarily toxic and hostile for an editor who's been editing since 2014, and this kind of aggresive hostility has no place in Wikipedia. I'm willing to admit my amateur editing mistakes; I am a bit heavy on the revert button, and being a fan of someone also means by nature my perspective is skewered; however that's not enough reason to accuse me of disliking someone.
I want to get an experienced editor's opinion on this, and you seem quite friendly to newbies. Was what he did constituted WikiBullying? What are my best actions with the situation going forward? How do I deal with an editor that is in my opinion very hostile and toxic?
I've stated multiple times in ANI threads regarding me that I am willing to work with him and cooperate if he tones the hostility down. Apologies for hounding you with this four paragraph wall, but I figured that it was a better alternative to ANI after the talk page fiasco; consult with another neutral editor first. (diff) I want to avoid drama as much as possible and not cause any pain for all parties involved. Thank you. shanghai.talk to me 09:46, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Hello, RogueShanghai. In the edit summary of the first diff you provided, you wrote
Must have been written by an editor with an anti Beyonce and anti Nicki agenda.
That's an assumption of bad faith, and you should be discussing the content, not ascribing malicious motivations to another editor. Wikipedia:Assume good faith is a behavioral guideline that you must follow unless you have really solid evidence to the contrary. Then, I reviewed the edit history for that article and see that you have assumed bad faith regarding the other editor three times in recent days in your edit summaries. That is not a good look. Then, on my talk page, you use the strange phraseAn edit war transpires
somehow trying to imply that it was involuntary when the fact of the matter is that you freely chose to engage in edit warring and did not use the article talk page. Edit summaries are for describing your edits clearly and they are not for arguing with other editors. You state that you perceive the most recent edit summary as a threat. It was a link to a comment by User: Black Kite, who has been an administrator for 15 years and who said that you ought to be topic banned from BLPs, which was followed by a warning to stop editing warring. That is a comment by an administrator and a warning about edit warring that you really ought to take quite seriously. Be aware that "the other editor was also edit warring" is an excuse with zero credibility. Then you link to an exchange where you say in an edit summarysaying I openly dislike Cardi, which I literally said that I have never openly disliked her
. My perception of comments like that is that you do dislike Cardi B but are trying to conceal it. In case after case in the links that you have chosen to share, I see experienced editors expressing concern about your strong bias in favor of a certain artist and against other artists you may perceive as her rivals. That is deeply problematic when we are required by a core content policy, the Neutral point of view to refrain from advocacy of any kind.
- In conclusion, you seem to be a Single-purpose account focused almost entirely on promoting Nicki Minaj and making sure that other editors do not promote Cardi B. Please read that link carefully, paying close attention to what the Arbitration Committee wrote, namely
single purpose accounts and editors who hold a strong personal viewpoint on a particular topic covered within Wikipedia are expected to contribute neutrally instead of following their own agenda and, in particular, should take care to avoid creating the impression that their focus on one topic is non-neutral, which could strongly suggest that their editing is not compatible with the goals of this project.
So, my advice to you is to branch out and work on articles that have nothing to do with this style of music and pop culture. Never, ever edit war. Stop ascribing malicious motives to those you disagree with. Stop arguing and being sarcastic in edit summaries. Stop pushing your fan point of view. You say that you want to avoid drama and yet I see you immersing yourself in drama. I fear that if you continue on your current course, a topic ban or an indefinite block might possibly be the outcome. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 18:29, 3 September 2021 (UTC)- Hello again, and thank you for answering honestly. In regards to the assuming bad faith, I do have evidence to the contrary; several experienced editors have pointed out this editor's bias against Minaj (here, and here including insistence of removing content about Minaj, adding negative content to Minaj articles, and generally suspicious editing habits.) So this editor does have a noted problematic history of their own with this article subject, unfortunately, and malicious motives and bias are definitely a possibility. I will agree however that there are times where I've let Wikipedia get the best of me, emotionally at least, and it has reflected in my edit summaries; I've typed certain things out of abrasive anger and I acknowledge and apologize for that.
- At the end of the day, in my opinion accusing me of openly disliking an artist when all I said was "I am a part of this particular fanbase" in my opinion does break NPA per WP:WIAPA and the edit summaries consistently bring up this allegation of me openly disliking Cardi rather than saying "this doesn't belong here for this reason, etc." I've made several notable contributions to non-Minaj articles, such as bringing the Girl From Nowhere article to encyclopedic standards, fixing the lead section of Little Mix, expanding the characters section of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and expanding articles of Rupaul's Drag Race and related Drag Race subjects, so my universal edit history says otherwise about me being a "single purpose account", as I didn't even edit the Minaj article until late 2020, whereas I've had this account and edited occasionally since 2019. Minaj is just the topic that I am the most knowledgable aboutI've done my best to source all my edits with proper, reliable sources. The New York Times and Billboard have called Minaj the "queen of hip-hop"; that isn't a "fan point of view," that's a published source stating it outright. If I did have an agenda, almost the entirety of Minaj's controversy section would be wiped, but no.
- I genuinely do want to become a more productive editor and write articles better with proper sources. I'm looking to create my first article, and I want to contribute to this project in a better way. I'm acknowledging that I need help when it comes to becoming a better editor on Wikipedia. About a month ago I opened an adoption request, unfortunately no one's really answered it yet, so I'm trying to find the next best options. Thank you. shanghai.talk to me 19:12, 4 September 2021 (UTC)
- RogueShanghai, your edit history shows 262 edits to Nicki Minaj, 52 to Cardi B and 27 to Little Mix. And then a relative handful to other articles. That was the basis for my assessment. If the other editor (who I am not assessing) is malicious, then perhaps you should be considered malicious as well. Please prove me wrong. You came to me asking for my opinion and I gave it. You can do with it whatever you wish but I hope that you won't continue the same type of behavior. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 19:24, 4 September 2021 (UTC)
- @Cullen328: I have actually discussed several of my issues with the Cardi article on the talk page, (overzealous tone, not following MOS standards due to sounding more like a list of achievements rather than an encyclopedic biography detailing what Cardi's music is about; all written by the same editor with a seemingly problematic against history against Minaj), with a veteran iron star editor noting the overzealous fancruft tone of the lead. The issue is, no one's really replied to my talk page suggestions so far both on the Nicki and Cardi articles. What are my next best options for garnering consensus from frequent editors of these articles? RfCs are also long, drawn out and usually aren't actually good at getting opinions of other editors, at least in my experience; I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
- Also, I have around 1,200 contributions to the Wikipedia project per my Apprentice Editor star; for a "single purpose account" that's awfully low for the Minaj edits. The math simply says otherwise in regards to being an SPA. shanghai.talk to me 09:44, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- RogueShanghai, there are many forms of dispute resolution available to you but the core of my advice to you is to avoid getting embroiled in disputes, and avoid pushing your own fan point of view. It seems that you disagree with my opinion, so I don't have much more to say at this time. At least I will be better informed if these issues come up at a noticeboard. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 15:37, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
