Speedy deletion contested: Sri Ram Chandra Singh Mahavidyalaya
editHello Curaj 4, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of Sri Ram Chandra Singh Mahavidyalaya, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The reason given is not a valid speedy deletion criterion. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. BangJan1999 16:32, 24 April 2022 (UTC)
Deletion nominations and notifications
editI previously pinged you yesterday, telling you to review the criteria for speedy deletion before tagging pages for deletion again. Unfortunately, you have persisted in that behaviour today (Baba Sarvjeet Giri Memorial College and Nandini Nagar Mahavidyalaya). Based on your deleted edits, you appear aware of the proposed deletion process (PROD). However, when proposing deletion or tagging pages for speedy deletion, you need to notify the pages' authors. You have not done any of that.
If you are to continue tagging pages for speedy deletion or "prodding" pages, you need to make sure that the page actually falls under one of the speedy deletion criteria. If not, then use PROD or AfD. Regardless of whatever method you use, you need to notify people on their talk pages.
If you fail to communicate with other editors or follow the speedy deletion criteria, this may result in a block. Sdrqaz (talk) 16:55, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
- I recall asking you just a few days ago to stop moving pages. Undo your moves or this will be taken to ANI. PRAXIDICAEđ 19:03, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of F.S. University
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on F.S. University, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
- It appears to be about something made up, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.)
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. . Â Sdrqaz (talk) 00:03, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Hello, Curaj 4,
As you can see in Category:Proposed deletions needing attention, all of the pages that you tagged with Proposed deletion tags were done so incorrectly, without any dates. The tags either have to be fixed by you or the tags need to be removed, rendering the pages unavailable to be PROD'd again. It's best to use Twinkle to tag pages for any kind of deletion to avoid these problems. Twinkle will also post a notification on the talk page of the page creator which is an important step in the deletion process that you failed to do.
If you don't know how to fix your mistakes, I suggest going to the Teahouse and asking for assistance. If the tags aren't fixed over the next two days, I'll untag all of these articles. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 22:39, 6 May 2022 (UTC)
- Further to Liz's message I see zero evidence that you have done due diligence in assessing notability of the large number of articles that you proposed for deletion, such as searching for coverage. Please stop proposing articles for deletion until you have a better understanding of what constitutes notability for educational establishments and the other articles that you have proposed for deletion. It is disruptive. Espresso Addict (talk) 03:23, 7 May 2022 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Institution of Eminence.jpeg
editThanks for uploading File:Institution of Eminence.jpeg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 11:32, 8 May 2022 (UTC)

editYou may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you move a page disruptively, as you did at Institutes of Eminence. You were warned thrice before by Praxidicae, less than two weeks ago. Please stop moving pages until you learn the relevant policies. Muhandes (talk) 12:14, 8 May 2022 (UTC)
- I just noticed you also went made more controversial moves. You were already temporarily blocked for other violations so there is no point in getting to WP:ANI, but another controversial move without discussion will get you indefinitely blocked. --Muhandes (talk) 12:45, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
The article Jio Institute has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
A proposed institute with pending MoU, that started admission today. Not shown to pass WP:NSCHOOL, WP:NORG or WP:GNG.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Muhandes (talk) 12:16, 8 May 2022 (UTC)

. Â Sdrqaz (talk) 22:20, 8 May 2022 (UTC)Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Muhandes (talk) 11:31, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Institution of Eminence
editA tag has been placed on Category:Institution of Eminence indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read! page moves, a final warning
editYou are fresh off a block for disruptive behavior and not explaining what you're doing in edit summaries and yet you chose to move Statue of Krishna, Greater Noida not ONCE but twice without discussing or explaining it. So let me be a little more clear: stop moving articles entirely and stop making edits without adequately explaining why. If you continue, I will take this to ANI and request an outright block or a pblock from mainspace. PRAXIDICAEđ 20:46, 20 May 2022 (UTC)

F.S. University moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, F.S. University, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
