Hi Curon7 and thank you for your message. I am sorry, but I am going to have to abandon. I cant understand the process and don't seem to be able to talk to anyone about it. When I say I don't understand the process, I don't know what you are looking for in the need for references. Due to illness I can no longer continue. I'm sorry because Doctor Sybren Hendrik de Jong was an important and influential Civil Engineer in Canada during his lifetime.

Wikipedia does a wonderful job of providing information to the public. I use it all the time.
