Summary of changes
editI added a section for the 3 main types of engine cranes. The reason I included the types of engine cranes is to give the readers an overview of the types, as it was not previously included in the term. I also added a brief description of each main type of hoist that gives the readers a brief understanding of the term. In each description, I included a basic explanation of the function as well as some positives and negatives.
