In the introduction for "The Milan Conference and Deaf Education" make sure that you stay consistent with tenses. Additionally, make sure to note that "deaf-mute" is not an accepted term anymore! The introduction also needs citations. Under the introduction, if those two points (labeled "1." and "2." are directly from literature, make sure to put quotation marks around them and cite them. I think the information about accepting ASL as a foreign language should be its own subsection under "Recognition of ASL as a Language". It does not really fit with the previous sentence it is after. In the "Discrimination Against ASL in the Medical Community" section, if you are going to use the "d/Deaf" convention, then you should explain what the difference between Deaf and deaf is.
