Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Luis Costales has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Nice signature....

edit

..thanks for adding Philip IV's signature - looks good! Is there any chance you could add where it came from to the description file though? Reason I ask is that at the moment is just says that it's your own work, but I'm guessing it's been scanned in from a book or similar document. That way, if the article ever goes for higher review, there won't be any problem with the source of it. Thanks again! Hchc2009 (talk) 19:19, 12 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you Hchc2009! I'll add the source of it! Dabit100 (talk) 21:51, 12 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Cognate247 (talk) 14:40, 13 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Jimmys signiture

Hi Dabit, as you were the uploader at Commons [perhaps considering Jimmy's comment you would consider as uploader, requesting deletion at commons? http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Firma_de_Jimmy_Wales.svg Off2riorob (talk) 19:30, 15 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi Off2riorob, yes I'll do it now --Dabit100 (talk) 19:33, 15 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

No hurry, no worry they seem slowly slowly over at Commons. Please don't feel you have done anything wrong at all - signatures are all over the place here and not against any policy that I know of. There are uses that support them and users that don't - we need a consensus and a clear guideline about them, regards. Off2riorob (talk) 20:00, 15 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
While I have reverted you on hte Spanish Wikipedia due to JW's comments don't feel that all signatures are bad. Maybe this incident will spark a discussion and solidify policy in any direction. In this particular case the wish of the subject while alive should be respected. The same goes for any other living subject. Agathoclea (talk) 20:16, 15 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for your support Off2riorob & Agathoclea, I appreciate it. I'll continue working on Wikipedia, and I hope that something good come's from this discussion, regards. --Dabit100 (talk) 21:36, 15 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
