Request reason:

Please can you tell me the reason that I have been blocked. I have some knowledge of wikipedia procedure and can only think that the checkuser facility has shows that my IP address is similar or from a similar area to this Harry Sinclair that you mention. Surely you can't block me for that - I can't see that that proves I am anyone but one of the possible hundreds of thousands of people who lives in the same area as Harry Sinclair. I would kindly request that you reconsider your block. Thank you
