Request reason:
The response I got was that no block was found on my account yet here is what I see when I try to edit a page: You are currently unable to edit pages on Wikipedia. Editing from 71.84.240.0/20 has been disabled by Hersfold for the following reason(s): CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address (or network) has been used abusively. This address (or network) has been blocked temporarily or permanently to prevent further abuse. This block has been set to expire: 01:58, 13 June 2010.
Decline reason:
Please see the below comment by Sodam Yat. -FASTILY (TALK) 06:11, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
I see the problem, you're caught in this block, which doesn't show up on normal checks because you are registered. Your best bet right now is to contact the checkuser that placed the block via email. They should be able to determine if there is a way to allow you to edit. Sodam Yat (talk) 06:00, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

Request reason:
Not sure why my network has been blocked. When I shifted to another network, still logged in, I was able to input a slight edit. I typically make my edits while logged in as Dalpern, and to be loyal to the Wikipedia philosophy of content and accuracy.
Decline reason:
I see no blocks, and no autoblocks - if this is an autoblock, you need to use the unblock-auto request that you see when you try to edit. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 00:18, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

IP block exempt
editI have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.
Please read the page Wikipedia:IP block exemption carefully, especially the section on IP block exemption conditions.
Note in particular that you are not permitted to use this newly-granted right to edit Wikipedia via anonymous proxies, or disruptively. If you do, or there is a serious concern of abuse, then the right may be removed by any administrator.
Appropriate usage and compliance with the policy may be checked periodically, due to the nature of block exemption, and block exemption will be removed when no longer needed (for example, when the block it is related to expires).
I hope this will enhance your editing, and allow you to edit successfully and without disruption. Again, please be aware that this exemption will be removed on or around June 13, 2010, when the block affecting you expires. Hersfold (t/a/c) 20:02, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Yavin.JPG
editThanks for uploading File:Yavin.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 13:39, 28 June 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:39, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
IPBE removed
editHello, Dalpern. Just so you know, I've removed your IP Block Exemption as it appears it is no longer necessary; the block that was previously affecting your account has since expired. Should you still have difficulty editing, please let me know or post an unblock request as before. Happy editing! Hersfold (t/a/c) 16:59, 1 September 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of North-West_College
editHello Dalpern,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged North-West_College for deletion, because it seems to be an advertisement, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, →Σσς. 02:25, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
August 2012
editWelcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from North-West College, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion and appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you.
