Before I take this further, you have the opportunity to explain how a web page that is very relevant to the article and contains NOT A SINGLE ADVERT is spam. It looks like you describe absolutely anything as spam because the content and your desription don't match each other in the slightest. I will quote your present response and your subsequent response if there is any, when I proceed with the complaint, which will be in 2 days from now. - The site was blacklisted in August and now you're trying to link to it through a URL redirection service, which is also blocked. Bypassing the blacklist is not permitted. Naconkantari 23:53, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
If you are responsible for blocking the web page elsewhere then that brings in to question your abilities twice over, because you have completely failed to explain how a web page that is very relevant to the article and contains NOT A SINGLE ADVERT is spam. Blocking a web page for being "spam" when it very clearly isn't warrants further investigation into your motives, which is what I will request.
