Thanks for uploading File:Figure 1.pdf. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Name of article

Hey, Danny! Your article on the female labor force rate is looking really great! I wonder if you might want to consider changing the name of the article, as it might be a bit of a mouthful for a Wikipedia article. I'm not sure what you think a better alternative is; perhaps "Female labor force in the Muslim world"? You will know better than I do, but just thought I'd make the suggestion. Also, don't forget to only capitalize the first word and any proper nouns, as is the practice on Wikipedia. Hope that helps! Oh, and if you need help moving a page to a new name, just click on the arrow to the right of the "View history" tab, and select "Move". That will keep the history and talk page all together! Thank you for the advice! You are definitely right. The original name was too bulky and I liked your suggestion so now the page is called "Female labor force in the Muslim world." Do you have any other advice? Is the content and tone appropriate? Should I add more critical opinions about these metrics? Any other help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Hey, Danny! Sorry I missed your response (I forgot to add your talk page to my watchlist). I just glanced through your article (which it looks like you're still editing), and my main suggestion might be to try and break the sections into smaller paragraphs (and even subsections), in order to make the article more accessible to readers. One tactic I find really useful (and you may, too) is to find a good article on Wikipedia and compare layouts to see what you think looks best, as a reader, so you can try to format your own articles in a similar way. A second glance tells me you may want to include more 'wikilinks' (links to other articles on Wikipedia that are relevant to getting a thorough understanding of this one), but editing Wikipedia is such an iterative process, that it's not necessarily a priority. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
