If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!
editHello, Dancey2. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
TheBreakfastClub listed at Redirects for discussion
editAn editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect TheBreakfastClub. Since you had some involvement with the TheBreakfastClub redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Steel1943 (talk) 22:30, 4 February 2017 (UTC)

Request reason:
My name is Lane and I am a Wikipedia editor and Wikimedian in Residence at the University of Virginia. The operator of this blocked account is a research colleague of mine and they would like to have this account unblocked. Dancey2 has requested unblock through Wikipedia:Unblock Ticket Request System where the reviewers were skeptical of this user's identity. Perhaps the fear is that bad actors attempt to take old unused accounts. I am posting here to confirm that I know this person and to support their unblock request.
Because of past copyright violations this account is talk-page blocked as well. If the account as a whole cannot be unblocked, then please restore talk page access so that this user can continue their unblock request in the conventional way on this talk page. Thanks. As for the previous reason for the block, it was copyright violations, and my colleague and I have discussed copyright and Wikipedia. They would tell you themselves that they will not post copyrighted content here. Bluerasberry (talk) 16:04, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
We don't accept third party requests(third parties should use WP:ANI to request the restoration of another's talk page access in this situation). Personally I would like to see some discussion of the underlying block for creating inappropriate pages on UTRS before restoring TPA. 331dot (talk) 08:36, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Okay, I posted to the admin noticeboard at Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Request_to_restore_talk_page_access. Bluerasberry (talk) 11:39, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
