Thank you for being open and honest about this. But that doesn't sound at all right to me. It's not for you to decide when you've understood the errors you made and then to create a new account to start editing again when you choose. Your original account was globally locked by Primefac in June this year. It should be there that you request an unblock, apologising and explaining your understanding of your mistakes, and seeking an unblock. I could be harsh and immediately block this account from editing (as a sock-puppet), but my advice is to cease editing immediately here yourself, go back to your original account, and seek an unblock there. Looking at your original edits, they did seem to me to be rather immature and disruptive. So, if I'm guessing right that you're a young lad with too much time on your hands now that many schools are still shut, it might be better for you to wait a year or so until you're genuinely ready to work with others and contribute to improving this world-famous encyclopaedia. Nick Moyes, I was not able to edit my usertalkpage, to request an unblock, so I needed to create another account. I am in the school at the morning, but it ends on 11 o'clock. You should review the unblock appeals guide for information on making an unblock request, and then log in to your prior account and make the request. Then you should make your request from the oldest account that you can log in to(whether it is this one or another one). However, I strongly advise you to do as Nick suggested above and wait at least a year so you can mature as a person and potential editor. 331dot (talk) 13:04, 4 July 2020 (UTC)

You need to get your global block or ban removed first. But, if you don't intend to edit, you don't need the block lifted as blocks only prevent editing. 331dot (talk) 13:42, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
