American / British Spelling

Hi. Given your edit summary for your recent edit to Diathesis-stress model I just wanted to make sure you were aware of Wikipedia's policy on this which can be found here: WP:ENGVAR. Basically this says that in most cases spellings should stay with the form they started in although there need's to be consistency throughout the article. I can't see any other instances in the article where American and British spelling vary (although I may be wrong) and so you shouldn't have made the change.
