Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Rocketdyne LR-101, from its old location at User:Darkcoucou/Rocketdyne LR-101. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. SK2242 (talk) 20:37, 2 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited R-27 Zyb, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Squib. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

April 2023

Hello, I'm Butlerblog. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Faithful Word Baptist Church, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Make sure that the style you use just sticks to the facts. Don't editorialize (WP:EDITORIAL). Especially when living persons are part of the content, as is the case here, you must make sure that everything you note is verified in the cited source(s). Please review WP:BLP. Make sure your writing style is encyclopedic, neutral of point of view. If after reviewing this you still don't understand why I reverted your additions, reach out to me with questions, or open a discussion on the article's talk page. ButlerBlog (talk) 12:34, 21 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Ignore the part about "didn't include a source" - the generic notice text isn't 100% fitting. My additional comments (in italics above) cover the issue. ButlerBlog (talk) 12:36, 21 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
Dear Butlerblog, thank you for stating your issue with my edit. I am aware that this topic is very sensitive and should be handled carefully. I'd just like to know which part of my edit you are having an issue with specifically, so that I can comply with Wikipedian standards.
The BNN Source states that:
  • Urban is the german representative of the FWBC, appointed by Anderson: Auf einem Video ist zu sehen, wie der Amerikaner den jungen Sachsen zum „Repräsentanten in Deutschland“ erklärt.
  • Urban wished death upon Sven Lehmann: Auf Nachfrage sagt der Prediger in sachlichem Tonfall: „Meine Aussage war: Sven Lehmann, Schwuchtel, stirb!“
(Though I admit that sparked outrage almost immediately, even though technically true, sounds inflammatory and should be reworded. Perhaps made headlines in local newspapers would be more fitting? Do you have any suggestions on how to phrase this in a more subtle way?)
I do not know if you can access the BNN Source, as it sadly requires registration to access. Alternatively/Additionally, this source here could be used:
https://www.queer.de/detail.php?article_id=41179, which also states that:
  • Urban wants the government to kill queers, Sven Lehmann specifically: In einem neuen Video fordert er den Mord am Queerbeauftragten der Bundesregierung, Sven Lehmann – und an allen queeren Menschen im Land. [...] U.s Antwort auf solche Einwände ist, dass das einzige, was die Regierung tun müsse, sei, die Queers nicht zu beschützen, "sondern sie zu töten". ...expanding on the BNN source.
It does not mention that Urban was appointed by Anderson though.
(... openly encouraged murdering ... should be rephrased as well. What about advocated for a government-supported genocide against queers?)
The remaining claims should be covered by the mannschaft.com source, if I am not mistaken.
I believe that with these changes, my edits should be acceptable, but I'd like to hear your opinion about it first. Please let me know if I missed something important. Darkcoucou (talk) 14:53, 21 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I originally just tried to edit your additions, but felt it might be better to start with pointing out what I thought was wrong with it first. Based on what you said above, it sounds like you have a pretty good handle on what was most at issue. Take another go at it, keeping in mind that we are an encyclopedia, not tabloid news. Don't sensationalize and don't editorialize. The closer you are to just stating facts, the closer you are to what's acceptable. Also, it sounds to me like there may be some "lost in translation" issues. Be careful how things are presented in English, such as advocated for a government-supported genocide against queers - even that sounds a little inflammatory (although maybe not, if it's what he actually said). In cases where it may be questionable, use WP:ATTRIBUTION (i.e. naming the source). For example, According to [name of source], Urban called for the death of Sven Lehmann (not suggesting verbatim quote here - just providing a "for instance" example). If you have another go at it and I still think there are remaining issues, I'll just edit the existing copy at that point. ButlerBlog (talk) 15:54, 21 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
Alright, I made some changes and re-published the edit. It still sounds a little extreme, but sadly I can hardly avoid that due to how hateful this man is.
Thank you for your assistance. I hope this will satisfy the demands. Darkcoucou (talk) 15:28, 22 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
