Welcome!
editHello, DasSoumik, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Draft:Twenty Beauty, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.
Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.
New to Wikipedia? Please consider taking a look at the our introductory tutorial or reviewing the contributing to Wikipedia page to learn the basics about editing. Below are a few other good pages about article creation.

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Twenty Beauty
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Twenty Beauty, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. DGG ( talk ) 23:08, 23 December 2020 (UTC)
Hello sir DGG, thank you :)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing.

- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors,
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
- and you must always:
- avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

Hello Deb sir, i am not connected to the subject. Randomly i just got some article that's why I had edited the article. And as you can see I am new to wikipedia, so if I have done any mistake then please forgive me. And sir please help me to learn more about Wikipedia. Thanks DasSoumik (talk)
Disambiguation link notification for December 29
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 17th Legislative Assembly of Bihar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kavita Devi. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Wikipedia and copyright
editHello DasSoumik! Your additions to Glance (company) have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. All other images must be made available under a free and open license that allows commercial and derivative reuse to be used on Wikipedia.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 16:07, 24 January 2021 (UTC)
Hello Diannaa, thank you for explaining me. Next time I'll keep it mind. Thanks once again.

Speedy deletion nomination of Simron Upadhyay (Actress)
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Simron Upadhyay (Actress) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Simron Upadhyay. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. - I've moved the article back to draft at Draft:Simron Upadhyay. It needs to be improved beyond the sourcing that was discussed when it was deleted last August: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Simron Upadhyay. Times of India's entertainment stories are not very reliable sources and aren't enough to support notability. You may use offline and non-English sources if needed. When it is ready, don't move it but instead follow the Articles for Creation process at WP:AFC. Fences&Windows 00:56, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
Fences and windows thank you DasSoumik (talk) 05:21, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello Fences and windows , can you please tell me the tag for submitting afc ? Actually I don't know the tag. DasSoumik (talk) 07:35, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
- At the link I shared it says: "When you are finished, you can submit your article for review by clicking the button "Submit for review". If you don't see this button, you can add the code {{subst:submit}} to the top of your draft (remember to switch to the source editor first)." However, don't do this until the sourcing and content is much improved. Please read Wikipedia:Notability (people). Fences&Windows 11:31, 1 March 2021 (UTC)

March 2021
editHello DasSoumik. The nature of your edits related to organisation gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:DasSoumik. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=DasSoumik|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Sonofstar (talk) 07:56, 10 March 2021 (UTC) GSS
As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:DasSoumik, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=DasSoumik|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Sonofstar (talk) 07:56, 10 March 2021 (UTC)
Hello Sonofstar, thank you for your concern about wikipedia. So I had created those article because I searched about those article name and i didn't get any page. So I searched about news source and when I got news then only i had created. And I don't edit for money. I just do it for my self-satisfaction. Thank you

Trina Saha
editHi DasSoumik. Please stop moving the Trina Saha article to the draft space for now. It's clear that the page creator does not wish to use the draft process. If you believe that the article is not suitable for Wikipedia, then please instead start a deletion discussion. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks, Mz7 (talk) 06:23, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
Ok. DasSoumik (talk) 06:54, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
Mz7 is it right to edit a page when a register user is reverting back ?? DasSoumik (talk) 06:58, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
- If you mean reverting a page after someone else reverted it, don't. This falls under WP:3RR and if you keep reverting back and forth you may be blocked on grounds of WP:EDITWARRING. Instead, seek discussion on the articles talk page or on the editors talk page. WhoAteMyButter (📨│📝) 07:02, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
- I'll also add that theoretically there should be no distinction between being registered and unregistered. Just because you are a registered user does not mean you have the right to revert unregistered users without restrictions. As they say, Wikipedia:IPs are human too. Mz7 (talk) 07:25, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
WhoAteMyButter Mz7 thanks to both of you for this information. Thanks again for this knowledge. DasSoumik (talk) 07:44, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:F Buddy Poster.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:F Buddy Poster.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:31, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Aditya Gadhvi
editHello DasSoumik. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Aditya Gadhvi, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: This was created before their ban. G5 doesn't apply. . Thank you. GedUK 13:29, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
Ged UK yes the article was created before the ban. But if you see then you can see there the user was already a sockpuppet. That'y I was tagged the article for speedy deletion. By the way thank you for the knowledge. DasSoumik (talk) 14:00, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
- It's about when the ban was applied, not when the offenses occured. Slightly counter-intuative perhaps, but that's the criterion. GedUK 14:26, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
Ged UK thank you for the information. It is so helpful. DasSoumik (talk) 17:25, 22 March 2021 (UTC)

Tagging pages for speedy deletion
editHello, DasSoumik,
Please review Criteria for Speedy Deletion to understand what the criteria for speedy deletion are and which ones might be appropriate for the pages you are considering for deletion. The redirects you tagged are not cross-space redirects (for example, from main space to draft space or from category space to template space) but you can tag pages that you created yourself as long as no other editor has made a contribution to them (CSD G7). If you aren't aware of it, Twinkle is a great program that will list the possible options for CSD deletions for the type of page you are interested in tagging.

Shruti Das moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Shruti Das, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. The article Ei Poth Jodi Na Sesh Hoy has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Lacks in-depth coverage in independent WP:RS
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. MrsSnoozyTurtle 01:05, 6 January 2023 (UTC)
