Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.  You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. Here's a few key questions:

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a subject that you are trying to create an article about, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to break the 3 important questions above. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 16:31, 22 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

I understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a business directory, and I also understand the conflict of interest, and I also understand that an encyclopedia article. Daveandbusters1345 (talk) 16:37, 22 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Bbb23???

I'm watching this page, but I usually let other administrators handle the fall-out from this kind of block. As an aside, your comment above is not a complete sentence.--Bbb23 (talk) 20:34, 22 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Why in the hell would you think it's a long term abuse???? My account isn't even a month old.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Ah, well, I'm sure you know the answer to your question. Why would you start an account at Wikipedia and then the only thing you do is add ceiling fan videos and pictures to an article? From any objective point of view, it's bananas. I'd decline your unblock request as patently incredible, but, nominally, I was the original blocking admin, so I'll let another do the honors.--Bbb23 (talk) 20:54, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

I was adding a picture of part of D&B. It didn't have a ceiling fan. I didn't know other would think bad about it. Daveandbusters1345 (talk) 21:08, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

What picture did you add to the article that did not have a ceiling fan in it? Your contribution history shows you added File:4mp1.jpg on 3 March and two YouTube videos of ceiling fans on 22 March. GB fan 21:48, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

THAT was the picture I was talking about. It does NOT have a ceiling fan. It was taken at D&B. Daveandbusters1345 (talk) 22:22, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

So what is that white thing in the middle of the picture with the five blades and the chain hanging down? GB fan 22:37, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
It's a very unusual duck found only on Wikipedia, GB fan.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:52, 24 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
