But do note: your indenting policy hurts the page on IE browsers and an encyclopedia cannot offer open opinions like "cleverly written" or "this law is deceptive". One can get that point across by simply presenting the facts.

I would like to second this. Your input in International Marriage Broker Regulation Act were very unhelpful. You can do much good to this and other articles by learning how to use footnotes and using your knowledge constructively.
