You blanked this article with the comment "I have removed this article", and another editor then tagged it for speedy deletion under WP:CSD#G7 "Author requests deletion". However, that only applies if there is no substantial content from other authors, and in this case others had originated the article and worked on it before you. - You cannot just unilaterally delete this article. If you have problems with the content, edit it; if other editors disagree with your changes, discuss them on the talk page; if you cannot reach agreement, see WP:Dispute resolution; if you would like the article deleted, use WP:Proposed Deletion or, better since PROD is only for uncontroversial deletions, WP:Articles for deletion.
