Concerning the AfD with Chill (Rapper)

edit

My question was simply if you had any connection to the musician at all aside from being a fan. I need reliable sources to prove that this rapper is really signed to Epic or has a deal with Pepsi. We cannot got on your word alone. Examples of reliable sources (for music-related articles at least) would include Rolling Stone, SPIN, NME, Pitchfork Media or similar sources. Please read WP:RS and WP:MUSIC. Doc StrangeMailboxLogbook 01:13, 14 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Dd - you posted the same message to me as you did the Doc here... Doc's guidence here is rock solid... He has pointed out the policies that you have to look up to fix the article. You can also benifit from looking at other articles about rappers to see the article styles and how they are done. You can't simply write what you know without sourcing your information. On top of that, you can be the biggest fan of this person but if it dosn't conform to WP:MUSIC guidlines then it can't be a Wikipedia article. Good luck to you. I suspect that this article will get deleted but you can practice by using a Sandbox and there is an introduction to editing there as well. --Pmedema (talk) 03:01, 14 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
You stated that you are one of the producers on Chill's record. The problem with this is that would be a conflict on interest and a violation of both WP:COI and WP:NPOV. Also because you have the professional relationship, the article could be misconstrued as an advertisment. Doc StrangeMailboxLogbook 13:59, 15 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Rhansum 005bw.JPG

edit

The file File:Rhansum 005bw.JPG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
