The information across the "Function" and "Bacterial Conjugation" sections is redundant. You should consider combining this into one section. The edits I can currently see do not expand much on the the currently published Wikipedia article. If you are struggling to find ways to expand the article, I strongly encourage you to get in touch with Nils, Yulia, or me.

Bacterial conjugation is important for the spread of antibiotic resistance, so with oriT you arguably picked an important topic. There are some more recent papers that use the expression that you can collect and use as a basis for elaborating, e.g., https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/mbo3.1129

It's good that you added the Figure to this article but please ensure it is of a good resolution in the final draft. A few other comments: 1) Please link concepts to preexisting Wiki articles, e.g., pilus

2) I am not sure if you plan to reuse the Lead of the original Wiki page or not but I this information is important to keep: "is a short sequence (up to 500 bp) that is necessary for transfer of the DNA...."

You could add more links to other Wikipedia articles that might help readers define related concepts.
