License tagging for File:Hotel Rwanda Soundtrack.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Hotel Rwanda Soundtrack.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 00:14, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

I have reverted your removal of red links at Green Fields (film) because red links are permissible under Wikipedia:Red links. The first red link, Jacob Ben-Ami, can, based on the sources here and here, can become an article. Cunard (talk) 03:20, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
Pulp Fiction
Sorry, I should have used a better word than "botched"; it was quick edit summary. On first look, it appeared to me that the header "Cinematic Award Organization" was part of the first row "Academy Awards", but I can see now that there is a bit of white space between them. So it looks fine to me. Thanks. Cresix (talk) 00:23, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
- No problem. DeWaine (talk) 00:25, 29 December 2010 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:ButterflyandSword.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:ButterflyandSword.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Courcelles 06:08, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Regarding your edits to Silverado (film)
If you are going to revert every one of the edits I made yesterday, you could at least offer an explanation. To do otherwise is highly disrespectful. ---RepublicanJacobiteThe'FortyFive' 00:21, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
- Well first of all, I didn't revert all of your edits. In the lead section, I left most of your changes. I'm sorry I forgot to include an edit summary, but it would be rather lengthy to insert. The reason I reverted most of your edits is due to a lack plausible reasons on your part. Most of it seems opinionated and unsubstantiated. Here is a rundown: In the lead section, there's no reason why it can't include home media information regarding the Blu-ray release. Countless other film articles include them. There's no rule that says you can't have an image in the plot section. Other FA articles include them too. There's no reason to revert the table for the cast list. Its perfectly fine the way it was. As far as the interview with Scott Glenn regarding Costner; its perfectly relevant for this particular article. He's talking about working with Costner during the film shoot of Silverado. The Amazon references are just used for release dates and marketing features. Its not a user edited site. As far as using the DVD film to cite the plot; it can be done, and it has been done with other FA articles in the past like American Beauty. So I reinserted that change too. Before you delete or radically alter the article, feel free to discuss it first. DeWaine (talk) 23:40, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
February 2011
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Silverado (film). Users who edit disruptively or refuse to collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue.
In particular, the three-revert rule states that:
- Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
- Editors violating the rule will usually be blocked for 24 hours for a first incident.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording, and content that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. MarnetteD | Talk 20:20, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
