Deely
Hey guys. Feel free to leave me a message, but don't get cocky or try to lecture me, because I'll most probably delete the message.
Welcome back
editWelcome back to Wikipedia. I trust that you were sincere in your unblock request and that you will contribute constructively to Wikipedia in the future. I don't know what your interests are, but there's probably a WikiProject covering them. If you haven't already done so, join a WikiProject, find out what issues the project has flagged up and do what you can to fix them. Best, Mjroots (talk) 07:23, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
- WP:PJ would be a good place to start. Otherwise, find an article on a subject that interests you and look on talk page to see which Wikiprojects it is tagged with. Mjroots (talk) 13:51, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
Regarding your post on user_talk:3bulletproof16, as you see from my post just above yours, I withdrew the accusation. I do admit it was based on behavioral evidence, but when I looked closer I did not believe you and the user in question were the same person. Hazardous Matt (talk) 22:19, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
- I hope it stays that way. By the way sorry for answering so late I don't go on much. Deely1 01:43, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
- You're under no obligation to answer me. I had your talk page on my watchlist waiting for any response. I want you to know that in an act of good faith, I'm taking it off my watchlist so you can go about and do what you need to do. I hope you find some good projects. Hazardous Matt (talk) 19:47, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks Matt. Deely1 21:18, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
- I saw your post on WT:PW. I did notice something odd, which is your signature links to Kalajan, not Deely. That needs to be updated. It causes problems with plugins like Twinkle. Hazardous Matt (talk) 17:16, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks Matt. Deely1 21:18, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

editHello. You have a new message at Anna Frodesiak's talk page. 23:23, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
Stuff
editIf you want to write about the Corre or whatever wrestlers,, Best take references from:
- First priority: pwtorch.com / f4wonline.com / slam.canoe.ca / onlineworldofwrestling.com
- Second priority: wwe.com / cagematch.de / wrestleview.com
Do a google search "site:pwtorch.com The Corre" to find articles Starship.paint (talk) 03:08, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks a dozen mate. Is pwtorch actually reliable? I thought it was, but I was wondering since some guy commented on the deletion page for The Corre saying it wasn't. Deely1 03:29, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
- Of course it is! Many articles rely on PWTorch for articles on events. See this, PWTorch is clearly listed there. Starship.paint (talk) 05:48, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
The Corre
editI'm going to work on this, going to add references. Do you know how to properly cite a references? When you edit, look at the top of the box. You'll see Advanced; Special characters; Help; Cite
- Click Cite, then Templates, then cite web. Then fill in the forms listed there. It's not that hard. Any questions? Starship.paint (talk) 05:54, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah I do know how to, thanks for your help though. I'll help you on the article. Deely1 13:04, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
I see
edit"don't get cocky or try to lecture me, because I'll most probably delete the message."
Honestly, I wasn't trying to be cocky, I was legitimately trying to help you. But I can see that you and I won't ever be on the same page because you're continuing to misunderstand well. Oh, well. ☆ Antoshi ☆ T | C 18:09, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
- No please, don't get me wrong, I don't think you were being cocky at all, but I've had loads of it here on Wikipedia. Hell, one of the reasons I was blocked was because of cocky or bullying users and admins. It so happens that when one of these users tried to get admin powers, and in the end he was turned down; one of the reasons being his attitude towards me. Leaving me comments demanding I tone down my signature and other nonsense like that. See here. I do however think you were trying to lecture me and you have to understand that I want to start anew, but without being treated like this, for example. Anyway I do hope you understand where I'm coming from and that we do manage to get on the same page. Sorry if I offended you though. Deely1 18:26, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
Copy and paste moves
editI see that another editor recently posted to this page saying "Please do not move the page through copy and paste until it is approved". I don't know anything about the subject of the particular article in question, and I have no opinion as to whether the article should be moved. However, I thought it worth letting you know that copy-and-paste is not the right way to do the move anyway, whether or not there is consensus. The trouble with copying content from one article to another is that it loses the editing history, which must be kept for several reasons, including the need for copyright attribution of edits to the editors who made them. Normally the proper way to move or rename a page is by using the "Move" link near the top of the page. Sometimes this is not possible, most commonly because there is already a page with the title you want to move it to. In that case, on the top of the page with the name you want to use, you should put {{db-move|1=old title of the page|2=a brief statement of the reason for the move}}. This will ask for an administrator to delete the old page so that the new one can be moved. JamesBWatson (talk) 11:26, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- I see what you mean.--Deely1 11:33, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
For this user I think you should start with a level 1 warning before jumping all the way to 3 --ChristianandJericho 12:31, 12 September 2011 (UTC)

- Haven't you seen all the edits warring that's taking place on that page? If you check the history of the page you'll see the reasons on why we can't say he was fired yet.--Deely1 18:47, 20 September 2011 (UTC)
Re: "Stop"
edit"f/u" stands for "follow-up." If I was really saying "fuck you," I would have no qualms whatsoever in actually spelling that out. I can't afford to rent billboards, but I do own a Sharpie and sometimes defecate in public toilets. It's really a waste of my time to have to constantly point out that if I wanted something which reads like a parroting of the content, perspective and POV of some commercial website, that I really don't need Wikipedia because there's a million other places on the web for that. Commercial websites and other media have to pander to the tastes of their potential audience in order to attract advertising. You shouldn't forget that those considerations don't apply here. When people tell me that they do this for Barnstars, DYK nominations and GA nomiations, and for seemingly no other purpose, it makes me think that to them, this is nothing more than another form of video gaming or some such nonsense. I've been a "hobbyist historian" for over a quarter century. I can think of far more noble reasons to do this than brownie points. Please read this if you fail to understand that the Internet is a key contributor to the present-day lack of grasp of history, even very recent history.RadioKAOS (talk) 00:35, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
