However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. Image of Brady Barr

That's three times you've uploaded the same image (four if you count the one on Commons as well) and they all have the same problem - none of them are free (as in out of copyright, in the public domain, or licenced) images. Unless you can get the copyright holders permission use the image it needs to meet the WP:non free content criteria and at the moment it fails the first one, namely a free image of Brady can be obtained or produced. That you can't find one at the moment doesn't apply, so unless you can get permission, these will end up being deleted. Nthep (talk) 13:53, 30 May 2014 (UTC)
