I cant see what your talking about because you deleted the article . But, I may of reverted the user on accident or if they didn't put a Edit summary explaining what there doing. I don’t remember. I revert lots of Vandalism on here. Sorry if i Did something wrong. We all make mistakes on here. I have absolutely no issue with that user. Thank You for your concerns regarding this matter. I will take a look at the Policies and guidelines--David - (Wikipedia Vandal Fighter). 17:24, 4 September 2009 (UTC)

Templates
You asked:
- John, if we add <includeonly>{{NOINDEX}}</includeonly> to the top line of
{{mfd}}
would that make all pages with mfd transcluded on them noindexed or only pages where it's subst'd or do I have it all wrong?--Doug.(talk • contribs) 13:28, 12 September 2009 (UTC)
I wish I knew the answer clearly, but I don't, having never faced that question before. I have left a question at Template talk:NOINDEX#Question regarding indexing of mfd's and with luck we should have a response there soon. John Carter (talk) 17:04, 12 September 2009 (UTC)

Infobox Russian inhabited locality
As you are the first person to utter "admin abuse" at Wikipedia:Administrators' _noticeboard/Incidents#Breakdown at Template:Infobox Russian inhabited locality, I would most definitely appreciate your follow-up comment now that my position is provided in great detail in that same thread. I do take accusations like this very seriously, and would appreciate a further elaboration. Thanks.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); 19:08, September 21, 2009 (UTC)
