License tagging for Image:Picture 1084.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Picture 1084.jpg. I'm not sure what this edit is about, but if you're intentionally trying to put a copyright notice on a free-use article, you'll have to explain yourself to a lot of people. And please don't make edits to articles without adding some information to the edit summary which will help out other editors.
