Vanunu article
editI encourage you to work out your differences with Xed on the article's Talk: page. You might want to start by listing the edits you've made and why you think they're justified, or the edits Xed has made which you think are unjustified, and why. Both would be even better. Also, I recommend you not get bogged down in Xed's accusations of sockpuppetry, something he does with dismaying regularity apparently in order to avoid substantive discussion of article issues. Stick to the edits in question which you see as NPOV, and explain why. Oh, and welcome to Wikipedia; though your initial reception seems a bit rough, there are decent editors here and with any luck you'll get to know them. Jayjg 14:36, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Given Xed's history I think it's unlikely he will "come around", but in order to protect yourself from appearing to be unreasonable, and in order to draw other editors not involved in the fray to your cause, it is best to work through the process in the Talk: page in the manner I've described. Best of luck. Jayjg 14:43, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Hello. I just wanted to say that I am appalled at the utter amount of POV you tried to install in the Mordechai Vanunu article. Stuff like the "Mordechai Vanunu - Convicted of Treason" caption, the changing of "kidnapping" to "arrest", changing "according to the majority of defense experts" to "is believed to be", and the REMOVAL of an ENTIRE paragraph, "The European Parliament has condemned Israel's treatment of Vanunu, and referred to his kidnapping by Mossad agents as a gross violation of Italian sovereignty and international law."
Please in the future realise that this is an encyclopaedia, for facts, not opinions, not POV trash. BLANKFAZE | (что??) 19:18, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Deux, I can't email you if you don't specify an email address in your preferences. JFW | T@lk 19:41, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
