Pansexuality

edit

Thanks for your edit at Pansexuality. The reason that says "all" is because pansexuality has two senses of "all." It does not necessarily limit sex and gender to two categories and allows the possibility of many sexes and genders. Using "regardless" asserts a negative condition or a non-preference, whereas "all" asserts a positive condition - a preference for all. As the article notes, pan- is Greek for "all," which is why we used it here. I have reverted your edit, but because it is your first, I wanted to explain why here. If you have any questions or disagree, that is totally fine. We can discuss it at Talk:Pansexuality or here. I want to reach consensus with you on this. Dev0nfish, I reverted your edit. I'm not sure that since no more than two sexes are recognized by science (intersex individuals are a combination of male and female, not a distinct third sex), you got hooked on the fact that it says "all" in relation to biological sexes, but more than two genders have been recognized (see Third gender) and the article emphasizes the gender aspect.
