editThere have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.
If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:
Good morning Bishonen, my name is Diego Antolini and this is my first attempt to contribute to the Wikipedia project by submitting a draft for review with regards to a Group who has been working as independent research and study entity for fifteen years. Please note that this draft is NOT intended to promote or advertise the group, but rather, to let International readers know about their story, their sacrifices and their accomplishments in disseminating Unexplained and Paranormal phenomena. I am one of the founders and I thought I was allowed to give the opportunity to you as administrators to review my draft after its completion. I have uploaded most of the material but not yet the references. Please advise how can I continue to edit and eventually submit this draft to Wikipedia attention without being blocked again. If I need to change the name of the account, or whether I should provide more info about myself to show that I am an individual, etc. Thanks for your understanding, my apologies for breaching some of the rules of Wikipedia. Best Regards
Decline reason:
You will not be unblocked until:
- you propose a new username that meets the username policy
- you confirm that this account is used by one individual only
- you agree to avoid creating or directly editing articles related to your organisation (requested edits will still be permitted)
- you agree to abide by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use and disclose your paid relationship in accordance with the paid contributor policy
- you indicate what areas of Wikipedia you intend to edit in the future
If you have no interest in editing Wikipedia beyond writing about your organisation, then you will not be unblocked. If this is the case, I recommend you consider alternative outlets. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 05:08, 31 December 2017 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Hi Dlohcierekim, per your points above I have read the "username policy" and the "one individual only". It looks like it would be quicker for me to open another account but if possible I would like to *maintain the existing one and be allowed to change the username in Diego Antolini@ The X-Plan OR simply Diego Antolini. *I confirm that this account is used and will be used by myself only, as individual *I will not create or editing articles related to The X-Plan Group, however in the history, methods of Studies, and Media Presence there will be references of articles or other material mentioning the Group. Would that be ok? *The areas of Wikipedia I intend to edit in the future will be Human Studies, Science and Technology, and Esoteric Studies. Please let me know how I can proceed further. Thanks
Accept reason:
I am satisfied with your rationale for unblock. As your account has been renamed, I am unblocking this account on the condition that will follow what Dlohcierekim have said above. Regards, Alex Shih (talk) 03:57, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
- Globally renamed 'The x-plan' to 'Diego Antolini'. For technical reasons usernames cannot contain the '@'character. Just Chilling (talk) 21:32, 1 January 2018 (UTC)
Good morning Alex, thanks for unblocking my account and renaming it. I cannot find the material I had uploaded before the blocking of my previous user name. Has it been lost? Shall I restart again from the beginning? I would also like to know if I can use this "talk" space to ask you and other administrators for advices as I insert the material, or not? Of course I am going to read Wikipedia more carefully and abide by the conditions posed by Dlohcerekim. Regards.
Good morning, I am reviewing the article I would like to submit for approval but I still haven't clear in my mind whether I can write about a Research Group I am part of (of course from an objective standpoint and with all due references from newspapers articles and organizations other than blogs) or only a third party can write such entries? I would like to have the opportunity to have my article reviewed by you without my account being blocked again, that is why I am asking. Thanks for your support Best Regards Diego Antolini
Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:The X-Plan Group
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:The X-Plan Group, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. editYou may also want to bear in mind: Wikipedia is not here to tell the world about your noble cause. – Athaenara ✉ 08:27, 16 January 2018 (UTC)
Dear Athaneara, thanks for the remark, I believe Wikipedia should be here to tell the world about the world with all its notable endeavors. As far as I understand, the keyword here is not ego, it is notability of sources. And that is my focus.
