editDu schrieb: Jan de Bakker, a catholic priest and baker, from early summer 1524 to his death deacon,... Ich verstehe leider nicht was es bedeutet death deacon? Ein deacon (Deken in Niederländisch) is ein Vertreter der RK Kirche, ist das was du meint, oder ist es etwas andere? JdH 19:02, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
In the literature, I read, it was written that JdB had received the ordination to the priesthood. In early summer 1524 he resigned from this office, but until his death he saw himself as a deacon (diaken, Diakon), the holy order before becoming a priest. -- Dietrich Benninghaus 18:19, 6 April 2007 (UTC)- danke schön; you are probably right.
My sources actually suggest that JdB was probably never a parish priest; apparently his father pulled him out of St. Jerome's before he completed his education there, and he completed his studies in Leuven in 1922, and was ordained priest that same year. The timeline does not allow enough time for him to ever have been a parish priest: he was in trouble with the authorities as early as May 1523. It is hard to reconstruct what precisely happened, but it is probably prudent not to call him he priest but "deacon" instead. JdH 19:06, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Ligue de Football de Guyane listed at Redirects for discussion
editAn editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Ligue de Football de Guyane. Since you had some involvement with the Ligue de Football de Guyane redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). Merge of Accounts
editOn my deWP account I wrote that I have four accounts. In nlWP and deWP I chose the username "Dietrich", in the frWP and the enWP "Dietrich Benninghaus". Unfortunately I have forgotten my paaswords and the alternative e-mail adresses for those Wikipedias because I did not have use them for a long time. Now I like to merge the four accounts. What have I to do? -- 95.88.190.167 (talk) 12:36, 4 March 2014 (UTC) Dietrich Benninghaus / Dietrich
