editWelcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Dilazak has been reverted, as it appears to have removed content from the page without explanation. - I'll be happy to help, but deleting the content of a page is not the way to start. Please reply here to keep the conversation in one place. Prince of Canada t | c 09:44, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Greetings, your two reverts to your version of Dilazak are inappropriate, as the version you support is not tagged, not categorized, not neutral, and not in Wikipedia format. Please refrain from undoing the work of other editors who have worked to bring this article in-line with Wikipedia standards. If you feel there is notable content missing from the current version, please do add that information and its references. If you feel that the current version is simply unacceptable, please explain your justifications on the Discussion page. It would be greatly appreciated if you would use the Edit Summary for your edits, as it's unclear to me why you have twice reverted the article this month. Please reply to Talk:Dilazak#March_2010_reverts_with_Dilazak1 with any opinions you wish to share. MatthewVanitas (talk) 07:15, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

editHello Dilazak1, please understand that I did not revert your change of "Afghanistan and Pakistan" to "Pakistan and India." The only change I made was a one that was given by the The Cyclopædia of India and of Eastern and Southern Asia written by Edward Balfour. My edit simply reflects WP:RS and WP:V and in fact, you were not reverted by me but by User:MatthewVanitas. As a compromise, I can rephrase the information that I inserted to state, "According to Sir Edward Balfour, the Dilazak are of Indian origin." Would that be acceptable to you? You can then provide other theories on their origin, so long as they are referenced. I hope this helps and clears things up. Khuda hafiz, AnupamTalk 04:13, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Mark Arsten. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Dilazak without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. The removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mark Arsten (talk) 23:34, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
Hello Dilazac1. As you will remember, the Dilazak article had a {{Copy edit}} tag placed on it in July 2011. On 27 July user Tdslk, a member of the Guild of Copy Editors, did a copy edit for the article, but in this edit you undid much of his work and restored the copyedit tag. This resulted in another Guild member, user Lfstevens, giving a new copy edit on 30 July. But in this edit on 29 August, you reverted the article to a version dated 11 July. Once again, the copyedit tag was reintroduced and his work was wasted. This led yet another GOCE editor, user MrX, spent time copy editing it yesterday.
Please understand that when you revert the article to much older versions, you undo all the intervening edits, including the good ones. This is a waste of other editors' time, and very disruptive. You need to understand, too, that when you do this, it makes it appear as if you think you own the article. You don't own it, and you must collaborate with other good-faith editors. Please take more care with any reverts you do, and please do not cause the {{copy edit}} tag reappear on the article. Thank you. --Stfg (talk) 09:47, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for December 13
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dilazak, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Kohistan District, Utmanzai and Charsadda District (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Dear Meno25
edit
Roger & Thanks but where are those deleted contents?
Moarrikh is turning offensive. I am trying to put the matter infront of 'Wiki Officials' like you or Mike Rosoft. Please advise me that should I place this matter before 'Arbitrary Committee' or what?

editHello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 13:08, 22 December 2012 (UTC)

For the Arbitration Committee, -- Lord Roem (talk) 20:24, 24 December 2012 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
editHi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:51, 20 October 2016 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Dilazak, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 00:27, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
