User talk:Dillonraphael/INKAS Armored Vehicle Manufacturing
Not only does this article give information based on the variety of Canadian companies dealing with Armored vehicles, but it also sheds light on whats behind the creation of the vehicles and transportation.
- However, it doesn't appear to be about a notable company. One major failing is that it cites only the company's website and not any independent reliable sources. —C.Fred (talk) 19:04, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
You have a point. But rest assure, this company is extremely notable around the world. I will add external references this second! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dillonraphael (talk • contribs) 19:18, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you for adding them. Since the company is being covered in the Robb Report, among other places, I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt right now that the company is asserted to be notable. Also, I do not feel that the tone of the article is overly promotional. As a result, I've removed the speedy deletion tags. Of course, that does not prevent another editor for opening a deletion discussion on the article. —C.Fred (talk) 19:29, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
Thank you, I appreciate it. Would I be able to remove the multiple issue tag? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dillonraphael (talk • contribs) 19:33, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- Leave it up for now, to bring a few more eyes by the page. If it's still up on Monday, leave a message on my talk page, and I'll take another look at the article. —C.Fred (talk) 19:45, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
No problem. Thanks once again. I would also like to add, about the article being non-biased. I am still talking about other companies, such as Manhattan Armor. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dillonraphael (talk • contribs) 19:46, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
I have found other wiki pages up about other companies that supply armored vehicles. INKAS is greatly popular around Africa, Mexico, Israel and the US. I find it fair people can view the variety of companies supplying armored vehicles. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dillonraphael (talk • contribs) 20:15, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- Current issues: the quote is largely a sales pitch. and blogs are not considered reliable sources. Hairhorn (talk) 15:54, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
