Image placement

Please observe WP:LAYIM: images should be relevant to the section that they are in. Do not place images BEFORE headings of the sections that they belong in, as that totally breaks the display model on mobile and other platforms. I fixed some at El Paso, but you have added more wrongly placed ones since. Please fix. Dicklyon (talk) 22:55, 18 May 2013 (UTC)
