editThank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Kendall Jenner, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. ...Checkingfax ( Talk ) 00:57, 16 October 2015 (UTC)

editPlease don't change the format of dates, as you did to Kendall Jenner. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.
For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.
If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. ((Use mdy dates|date=November 2015)) ((Month/Day/Year) {{u|Checkingfax}} {Talk}

editHello. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Kendall Jenner without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, DionWright. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the article Kendall Jenner, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your circle, your organization, its competitors, projects or products;
- instead propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Nearly all of your edits are to the Kendall Jenner page and your 2014 comment here strongly suggest you involved in PR for her or are closely involved with her / her family. You need to carefully read the WP:COI page, disclose any COI you have related to this and follow the guidelines on how best to edit those subjects. This is not a page to promote Jenner, merely provide a non-puffed biography. Ravensfire (talk) 22:54, 3 May 2016 (UTC) Ravensfire (talk) 22:54, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
- I'm noticing the above concerns as well. If you are indeed a marketing or public relations person for Jenner, that needs to be disclosed. This is an encyclopedia; please respect that. Not responding to the above editor shows disrespect for the other volunteers here. If you continue to choose not to respond and continue to make what appear to be conflict-of-interest edits, an admin will have to be asked to intervene. Thank you for understanding. --Tenebrae (talk) 01:31, 3 June 2016 (UTC)
- Your response to Ravensfire here is appreciated, and this discussion should probably move to Talk:Kendall Jenner.
- Be that as it may, one does not have to be a paid PR person to have a conflict of interest. Your statement "When i knew Kendall" indicates a personal connection, and your many other statements clearly indicate you are very much a fan. There is more to avoiding conflict of interest than avoiding a puffy tone — the amount of content and the type of content, or type of content removed, enters into it as well. For example, a Michael Kors blockquote in the middle of a section, saying nothing factual but just giving a literally hyperbolic gush.
- Nothing prevents fans from contributing. But the fact that you know her, or have known her, warrants a tag at the top of the article. I ask you respect that; otherwise, the COI issue will have to be kicked up to involve admins and length discussion on the Admin Noticeaboard. --Tenebrae (talk) 18:04, 4 June 2016 (UTC)
ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!
editHello, DionWright. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
