As for the article, I think we could really use a picture of something historic (?) and a map showing its relative position to Anchorage and Wasilla. Maybe a link to Google Maps I also remember there being an ADN article on how it's the highest wage and education per capita for the state; that'd be neat to add. Maybe talk about current represenatives. Also about the attempts to secede from the Muni.

Well, I think either the "welcome to Eagle River" sign (near the elementary school) or perhaps a view of ER from the hillside. I'll talk with my father about this, as he's been here since the 50/60's.
