Thanks for uploading File:Marshall logo vector-red.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 08:32, 10 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Dlandrum-at-ucsd (talk) 15:28, 10 August 2011 (UTC) Hello, I'm simply trying to add our logo image to the "Infobox_ucsdcolleges" like the other UC San Diego Colleges:Reply

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Muir_College

I'm not clear how to satisfy your challenges to delete this image. Can you help?

You have uploaded the logo twice with different names. The Thurgood Marshall College article is using File:Marshall logo red 150.png, a low-resolution image, and I've just fixed up the file page so that it meets the Wikipedia rules. The other copy, File:Marshall logo vector-red.png, is currently redundant, and I suggest that you allow it to be deleted. The full-resolution copy is too detailed to be used under a claim of "fair use". -- John of Reading (talk) 15:46, 10 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
