@User:Austronesier Hi Austronesier! Thanks for your message! I'm not operating multiple accounts, but I'm only using this account to encourage high-semester university students to make small contributions to areas of their expertise stressing verifiability, neutrality, and no original research. I instructed them using mainly the material from Gretchen McCulloch (allthingslinguistic, short version is Editing_Wikipedia_articles_on_Linguistics). Earlier contributions by my students are, e.g., Pitesamische Sprache, Mandinka (Sprache), and Informationsstruktur. You could see the connections to other people's accounts on the respective outreachdashboards (the ones provided by WMF-Labs) for my courses, but I would prefer not to disclose them here since I don't want to infringe on my student's privacy. Thank you for this clarification! A minimal hint on the user page would be fine. As long as the students use an alias, their privacy is safe I guess (I see a bigger privacy problem in the fact that an instructor in theory can look at the timestamps of their students, a feature that cannot be inactivated in WP). –Austronesier (talk) 09:03, 30 July 2021 (UTC)

Thank you too for being such a considerate admin! Thank you as well for pointing out that it a huge privacy infringement for me to be able to see the timestamps of my students! I will figure out a way to make this more ethical. I'll make sure to send you a list of the articles (mostly stubs, as recommended by Gretchen McCulloch) that will receive additions under my supervision!
