Suggestions or comments

• Avoid primary references. Refer only to textbooks and reviews. That guideline is describe here: WP:SECONDARY. As a student you do not know enough chemistry to select primary references, no insult intended.
• NHC-complexes are probably not used for many - or any - commercial process. Just because journal articles say some catalyst is "useful" means little. So be cautious with claims of utility.
• If you decide to insert artwork, put no words in the art so that other language wikis can use the art. Follow ACS guidelines for Chemdraw.
• Keep it short. Long articles by students are generally not as good as concise ones. Pass this advice on to your fellow students. --Smokefoot (talk) 02:48, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
