editYour edits to September 27
editSome of your edits on the page September 27 have been undone by PseudoBot, a robot built to keep the date pages tidy. The problems are:
- No Wikipedia page has been linked to.
If a Wikipedia page for the person already exists, add a link to it (by putting it in doubled square brackets [[Like this]]) and try again. If it doesn't yet exist, read this page carefully before creating it. In particular, you shouldn't create a page about yourself or anyone you know personally. If this bot has got it wrong (as can unfortunately happen), please accept its author's apologies, and (if you would like) leave a message on this talk page with the details, so it can be improved. Please see this page for help. PseudoBot (talk) 11:50, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Chelsea transfer rumours and news
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Chelsea transfer rumours and news, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. - MrX 11:53, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry, but this is not at all the sort of thing an encyclopedia is for. Wikipedia does not do rumours - see Wikipedia:Verifiability: "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source" and Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. You need a fan site or somewhere like Myspace.
- You can find out more about Wikipedia at the WP:Welcome page and the WP:Introduction. JohnCD (talk) 13:17, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
