Don't open the file. If you have security software, run a scan now. If you don't then you should probably get some. If you believe your computer has already been infected, there are removal tools. Here is the Norton page on the threat from this site. There are instructions for removal using Norton, but that will be no good to you unless you want to buy Norton Security.
