Copyright status

The image you uploaded, File:Letsbuildsomethingtobreakcover.jpg, does not provide copyright information. I believe the image is under copyright, but qualifies under fair use for the article Let's Build Something to Break. If the issue is not resolved it will be deleted. Thank you. Nomination of After Midnight Project (album) for deletion
