Banjo photos
editYou can move them to commons if you want. I should have put them there in the first place.

- Done. Do you think a category Bass banjos on commons would be justified? --Drahkrub (talk) 16:46, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
- Harmless at worst, so I have no objections if you go ahead.

Yes, you're right. My source for the Prix Italia was The Guardian. However the Prix Italia website only lists Brian Gibson, the director. I have amended the article. JMcC (talk) 10:29, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

Maybe you could have a look at this guy's bio as well. The German wiki says he was a Nazi and SA member, but I'm unable to confirm that from any sources I've looked at. I'm too lazy to go to the library for the "Who's who in the GDR". Besides, he seems to have been only small fish before the Russians put him in charge of antibiotics; he led only a small lab by the time the war ended. Xasodfuih (talk) 08:54, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, I've added this based on the de.wiki article and talk page. I won't be very active on Wikipedia in the coming months, so feel free to tweak that as necessary if I got something wrong. Xasodfuih (talk) 07:02, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
Please don't terrorize the newbie. The newbie means well, and is working very hard reading scientific literature that others have neglected to read. J G Campbell (talk)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
