Request reason:

Why are I blocked? I didn't understand. Can you explain why? And who is Wiki-11233? I don't know what have done wrong? So please unblock me, I haven't done anything wrong or got a warning. I have just edited and added some pictures for some days. I think you have got a wrong user. Please unblock me. Dream-2291 (talk) 14:23, 26 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

If you wish to contest this further contact arbcom by email at arbcom-l@lists.wikimedia.org I am declining your request for unblock because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    • understand what you have been blocked for,
    • will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    • will make useful contributions instead.

Please read our guide to appealing blocks for more information. Beeblebrox (talk) 00:34, 28 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I've got substantial experience with Wiki-11233, and my judgment is that this is a good block. I wouldn't undo it without checkuser evidence to support the unblocking.—Kww(talk) 16:54, 26 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
-OK. Let's say that I'm "Wiki-11233", but how the HELL do you know I have contact with that user? I'm asking you PLEASE unblock me. I have no contacts with that user, and I don't know who is it. Why don't you check the IP-adresses, I and Wiki-11233 have not the same IP-adress because I'm not the guy you THINK I'm. SO PLEASE UNBLOCK ME.
- Yes, I know that I have uploaded THE same file that "Wiki-11233" has uploaded "60GB Original PS3" (before uploaded as 60GB_Black_PS3.gif by Panda.1001 and I'm-Back-1001). It is because, before I began editing and created my own acount was I reading about PlayStation 3. There I saw the file "60GB Original PS3", but after some minutes the file had a "speedy deletion". I thinked that the file was right for the article and before it was deleted I saved the Flickr Source. After some days I began editing and re-uploaded the same file with same info. After some minutes again the file was again "speedy deletion". I began a talk page for WHY the file should not be deleted. But before I got a answear, you blocked me, deleted the file and thinks I'm "Wiki-11233".
- Now, PLEASE UNBLOCK ME, I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH WIKI-11233. THANK YOU.
