Speedy deletion of Eurocrem

A tag has been placed on Eurocrem requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. 9Nak (talk) 17:17, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

Just as a note, it seems Ok now with no deletion pending as there's a quite descriptive content on the page. -- Dsimic (talk) 22:44, 6 June 2013 (UTC)

Eurocrem and reliable sources

No, Amazon.com is not a reliable source for information on products it sells. Its purpose is to sell the product. Ours here (yours and mine) is to provide verifiable information from impartial sources. --Orange Mike | Talk 19:20, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Removed the Amazon.com reference, will try to find some more other references. -- Dsimic (talk) 19:23, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
Nema problema! --Orange Mike | Talk 19:24, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
Thank you – nice touch, a phrase from my native language. ;) Just found a great resource, added it into References section. -- Dsimic (talk) 19:35, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

File:Eurocrem packages.jpg listed for deletion

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Eurocrem packages.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why it has been listed (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry). Feel free to add your opinion on the matter below the nomination. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 22:29, 8 September 2013 (UTC)

Why should it be deleted? How do you want me to provide an image of this product? I can't find or get a written permission from the manufacturer or somebody else -- nobody cares or wants to deal with that over here. Any suggestions, please? -- Dsimic (talk) 22:50, 8 September 2013 (UTC)
Ok, found another picture on the manufacturer's site, and replaced the one used in Eurocrem article's info box. New picture used there is File:Eurocrem 90g retail package.jpg, and the copyright owner states it can be used within articles etc. -- please check out http://www.swisslion-takovo.com/uslovi-koriscenja/ . Thank you. -- Dsimic (talk) 23:25, 8 September 2013 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:Dual M.2 PCI-E Adapter.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Dual M.2 PCI-E Adapter.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 19:55, 15 September 2013 (UTC)

Hi Dsimic. The reason your original image, File:Eurocrem.jpg, was deleted, is because another user tagged it as non-free. This is incorrect; it's your photo, and you released it to the public domain. What that other user should have done is tagged it as containing trademarked material. I am going to restore your original file and delete this one. -- Diannaa (talk) 01:17, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
Hey Dianna! Thank you very much, and please hold on for a day or two, just to save you from the hassle... I'm going to take a much better picture of Eurocrem's retail package(s) in the next day or two, so we'll be able to finally put it to rest properly. :) -- Dsimic (talk) 01:25, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
Too late. Please upload your new version under the same file name by using the "upload a new version of this file" feature, so that you know for sure that the templates stay the same. -- Diannaa (talk) 01:29, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
Sure thing, will do. Once again, thank you for resolving the mess. -- Dsimic (talk) 01:35, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
Done, a much better image uploaded. -- Dsimic (talk) 19:05, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
