You still have more to do. You have tagged the image with conflicting license statements. cc-by-3.0 does not restrict to non-commercial use. Since you took this photo yourself, please consider releasing with a GFDL-compatible licence, such as cc-by-3.0 without additional clauses, or your content may still be deleted. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window.
