Please read WP:Verify

edit

Replacing a request for verification with "although some have now been transferred to GBRf" as you did here isn't what Template:fact means your edit. Please read wp:verify which is about the need to have all information verifyable.Imgaril (talk) 20:52, 13 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Re: Class 66

edit

This links doesn't show anything .. it's a single fuzzy loco .. it hasn't even got a date on it. And it definately doesn't say anything about DRS have now returned 401-10 as they are high emission locos thus meaning they are the newest fleet set to reach storage which is what was tagged with Template:fact. The point of the [citation needed] thing is that the sentence(s) that come before it are being marked as needing a link to prove them.

Please don't remove them, without adding a proper link - like a publisher book or magazine. Thanks.Imgaril (talk) 21:40, 13 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Right: a) a link to the original image: [[1]]. b) This image was taken in MAY 2011 operating service ID 6z39 for GBRf. c) Platform 5 books (Locomotives, ISBN 978-1902-336-79-4) show 66401-66405 (page 53) as GBRT (explained on page 92 as GBRf Class 66 Porterbrook Spot-hire units.) It shows (page 58) 66406-66410 as renumbered 66841-66845. User:Dudleybus User talk:Dudleybus 21:20, 14 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Template:TramWiki

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Template:TramWiki, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Bulwersator (talk) 10:33, 6 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

MOTDs (This space for rent)

edit

You may have noticed over the past few days that the MOTD that you link to on your user page has simply displayed a red link. This is due to the fact that not enough people are reviewing pending MOTDs here. Please help us keep the MOTD template alive and simply go and review a few of the MOTDs in the list. That way we can have a real MOTD in the future rather than re-using (This space for rent). Any help would be appreciated! –pjoef (talkcontribs) 09:07, 7 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Wright StreetLite, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page ITV (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
