Speedy deletion nomination of Grown up strange

edit

Hello Dukedexter,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Grown up strange for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Gareth E Kegg (talk) 16:37, 15 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

I've moved the page to User:Dukedexter/Grown up strange to give you a bit of time to work on it. The important point is really to show how it meets our main inclusion standard, or this one aimed specifically at bands. More or less, Wikipedia summarizes information published in other places, so citing those other publications is critical to establishing that a topic is suitable for inclusion. For instance, magazine stories about the band, newspaper reviews, books, whatnot. If you have any questions, please ask. Cheers, WilyD 20:37, 15 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
