Notability of Dumbasses of Killarney

edit

You seem to be preparing an article on your userpage, which is great. However, you should be aware that Wikipedia has policies regarding reliable sources and verifiability of information that may preclude including this information as an article on Wikipedia. Our notability guidelines, in this case Wikipedia:Notability (web), have the same effect in that material that doesn't have enough sources usually gets deleted. Has this series of videos gotten coverage from multiple reliable sources (newspapers, magazines, or television news coverage)? If not, I suggest not spending too much time on a Wikipedia article, as it's likely to get deleted.--chaser - t 20:56, 31 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello , I am replying to a message that you sent to me before about my wikipedia page . And well I know that there are laws about saying that these facts must be true or whatever but they are I just created a wikipedia page as a user page and did not mean any harm in doing so I use this Wikipedia page to show my fans on youtube.com more about myself and my friends . I wrote this page for a long time and it would be such a shame for it to be deleted . I use this page simply for a link from my youtube account and mean no harm in doing so . sorry for any inconvience , Dumbasses Of Killarney
(plz do not delete this page plz) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dumbasses Of Killarney (talkcontribs) 21:06, 2 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia is not a free webhost (this is actually site policy, see WP:NOTWEBHOST). You should put this on wikispaces if you want a free wiki to use. Otherwise there are lots of free ad-supported webhosts that take html. I'm going to email the contents to you and give you a few days to switch the link on youtube. I'm sorry, but if we don't remove these kinds of things, then Wikipedia will be filled with it and won't have any bandwith to actually publish an encyclopedia.--chaser - t 02:27, 3 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
